Our IN ADD MINUS Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. All in-store returns/exchanges in accordance with this policy for purchases paid for by cash or check require a government-issued photo ID.
Retail Store Purchases
IN ADD MINUS gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash or check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Telephone and Internet Purchases
IN ADD MINUS will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Final Sale Items
All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all items that have been altered, are final sale.
Price Adjustment
IN ADD MINUS gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Purchases Paid by Check
Refunds in accordance with this policy for purchases made by check over the phone or online will be electronically deposited into the account from which the funds were originally withdrawn. A check in the amount of the refund will be issued and mailed to you for refunds of purchases made by check in our retail stores.

Return or Exchange an Item to our Retail Stores
For your convenience, IN ADD MINUS phone, Internet and retail store purchases may be returned to any IN ADD MINUS retail store for refund or exchange in accordance with this policy.
Return or Exchange an Item by Mail
You can also send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package.
